VH1 has again captured the attention of reality show fans with their latest show, Scream Queens, where 10 unknown actresses "vie for an unprecedented prize -- a break-out role in Saw VI from Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures."
The Scream Queen cast members are varied in their style and experience. Here's a look at the young actresses that comprise the Scream Queen cast.
- Angela Anderson, 21, is a hostess from San Diego, California. Angela has the classic "horror film actress" look with her pale skin, pretty eyes and dark hair, and she too recently moved to Los Angeles to more seriously pursue her acting career. Until she gets her big break in Hollywood, Angela is working as a restaurant hostess.
- Jessica Palette, 23, is a waitress from Bolton, Massachusetts, now living in New York City. She comes to the Scream Queens cast with formal acting experience. She attended an acting conservatory in New York City and has since been auditioning for roles in the Big Apple.
- Jo-Anne Krupa, 26, is a ballet and pilates instructor from Hertfordshire, England. This blonde Briton has a background in classical ballet and as a child, she attended the prestigious Arts Educational Boarding School in London to study dance, music and drama. After graduation, Jo-Anne came to the U.S. where she performed on Broadway and she's since moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film.
- Kylah Kim, 27, is a model from Dallas, Texas. Kylah originally pursued a law career, and she practiced law in New York and Dallas, but ultimately pushed aside her career as a lawyer to pursue acting and modeling. She's already had a very successful modeling career in print and her sights are now set on the silver screen.
- Lina So, 25, is an actress from Las Vegas, Nevada. This Chinese-born actress has been modeling since her early teens. She is attending business school in Los Angeles, where she is also now actively pursuing her acting career. She's landed minor roles on popular shows like Alias and CSI and more recently, she appeared as a receptionist in the film, You Don't Mess With the Zohan.
- Lindsay Felton, 23, hails from Seattle, Washington. Some may remember Lindsay from her role as Caitlin on Nickelodeon's two season show, Caitlin's Way. Lindsay's career as a child actress also landed her on the ABC sitcom Thunder Alley, starring Ed Asner and Haley Joel Osment. Lindsay is now trying to rejuvenate her acting career as an adult and she recently moved to New York, with hopes of making it big.
- Marissa Skell, 22, is an actress from Islip, New York, now living in Los Angeles. Marissa studied acting in Manhattan as a way to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. She told VH1 that actors are "indentured servants to society" and through her acting, she hopes to make a positive contribution to society.
- Michelle Galdenzi, 21, is a student from Spring, Texas. Michelle comes to Scream Queens with a background in pageants and modeling. Currently, Michelle is attending her second year of classes at a New York acting school.
- Sarah Agor, 23, is from Marlboro, New Jersey. Sarah is the girl with the memorable voice and youthful appearance that often lands her in "teenager" roles. Sarah has played some minor roles in numbers independent films and she's actively pursuing more acting work since her recent move to Los Angeles.
- Tanedra Howard, 28, is a waitress from Inglewood, California. Tanedra joined the Scream Queen cast with no formal acting experience, but don't let that fool you - as of the third episode, she'd already come out on top and ahead of the more experiened cast members in several of the acting "challenges."
Pay attention to these Scream Queen cast members, because one of these budding actresses will soon appear on the silver screen.
